its just like a slam book da... u have to copy the entries and fill them out... some maybe direct questions (eg. fav color)... some maybe like the ones in this tag... eg.amicable... person or thing that comes to ur mind when u think of the word... or ur opinion about the word...
after filling it out, u can tag ur fellow bloggers... they have to do the same... and it goes on... I hope u understood :)
